A developing tropical storm has formed strength in the eastern Pacific Ocean. The system, now known as Tropical Storm Barbara, is currently located about 300 miles south of the coast of Baja California. Experts are anticipating that Barbara will grow in power over the next few days. The storm is traveling in a west-northwesterly direction at
